My Story

I came into this industry by a recruiter believing in me and seeing that I had value in my background.  It started with a call and asking the right questions.  They saw my past experiences and discovered I had unique skillset thats adds value!  That was almost 10 years ago,  then I got my first job as a in IT recruiter working with fortune 500 clients for a 3rd party agency.  I started in High volume and learned by jumping in the pool and failing in the beginning.  Yep Failing!!! Failure is not a bad word because I was trying and the only thing, I knew I could control was how much effort I was putting in.  This was a foundation that I started with and helped me succeed early on.  I learned for others that were successful in their field of recruitment and I used that along with crafting my own unique style.  In fact, we all have our own unique style to what we do not matter what industry you are in.  Now my experience extends to recruitment, talent Aquisition, managing teams, and coaching.   I have recruited in Tech, Healthcare, and a lot of weird positions.  As a Recruiter you must think on the fly and learn the job even if its weird, lol.  I am passionate about the joy of helping clients and driving revenue by bringing the best talent.  Life is a Endeavor and I enjoy the challenge it brings!
